The Annex is a home for individual specialised needs, and is set in the same grounds as Bull Point House; and has access to the same facilities.
The house is set on two floors with the staff areas and kitchen upstairs and an Individual flat downstairs.
The annexe can be adapted for any kind of needs, and provides a safe and appropriate environment for those who find it difficult to live in normal circumstances.
